about offering a draw in chess
when a chess player believes that he reasonably offered a draw, but receives a refusal, he should try to understand what caused this refusal. Then he can avoid the following common psychological errors:
a) a subjugate desire to quickly prove the legitimacy of his proposal. From here, an obvious move is hastily made, far from always the best;
b) a feeling of resentment, which causes a sharp game of "winning", which is equivalent to playing "losing";
С)finally, the conviction that a draw is reached “as you like.” A sleepy sense of danger is rarely left unpunished.
